Day Of Wedding Management

Starting at $400

Initial Planning Process:

• Coffee date to get-to-know each other and talk specifics. (in person or virtual)
• B. Ridge month-by-month planning checklist
• B. Ridge preferred vendor list

1-2 Months Prior to Wedding Day:

• Walk through of the venue and creation of layout and timeline for both ceremony and reception

Week of Wedding:

• Final modifications of layout and timeline
• 1-2 hour rehearsal with entire wedding party and any included family members

Wedding Day:

• 1 coordinator for 8 hours
• Overseeing wedding party getting ready
• Decorating ceremony and reception space with decor provided by the couple
• Directing and overseeing vendor setup
• Communication with vendors throughout the evening
• Serving as a “personal assistant” to the couple through the night
• Distribution of gratuities and/or payments
• Taking care of unexpected surprises! :-)

Additional $300 for a 2nd day-of coordinator for weddings with multiple venues or with over 200 guests.  This would also cover the additional venue walkthrough.

Starting at $1,700

Initial Planning Process:

• Coffee date to get-to-know each other and talk specifics. (in person or virtual)
• 1 in person meeting per month
• Unlimited phone access to coordinators
• Vendor research, recommendations, accompaniment to meetings and ongoing communication with all vendors:
  • Venue
  • Catering/Bar
  • Photographer
  • Videographer
  • Florist
  • Rentals
  • DJ/Band
  • Hair and Makeup
  • Officiant
  • And more
• Assistance with Save-the-Dates, invitations and RSVPs
• Creation of wedding website
• Assistance with all necessary decor items
• Handwritten decor items (signage)
• Assembly of wedding day favors
• Hotel room block coordination (if needed)

• Distribution or layout and timeline to vendors
• Adjustments with vendors based on final guest count

Week of Wedding:

• Final “stress-free” meeting (review of final timeline, layout and decor setup)
• Communication with immediate family and bridal party of need-to-know information (rehearsal details, time and locations, etc.)
• 1-2 hour rehearsal with entire wedding party and any included family members

Wedding Day:

• 1 coordinator for 12 hours
• Overseeing wedding party getting ready and photography
• Decorating ceremony and reception space with decor provided by the couple
• Directing and overseeing vendor setup
• Overseeing transitions and timeliness of schedule
• Communication with vendors throughout the evening
• Serving as a “personal assistant” to the couple through the night
• Distribution of gratuities and/or payments
• Overseeing cleanup and packing belongings
• Taking care of unexpected surprises! :-)

Additional $300 for a 2nd day-of coordinator for weddings with multiple venues or with over 200 guests.  This would also cover the additional venue walkthrough.
